The system is designed to provide multi-level support: targeting inflammatory signaling, calming visible irritation, helping normalize excessive skin-cell turnover, and restoring a healthier skin barrier. With a simple once-daily patch routine, Skavix® offers a convenient, non-injection approach to ongoing psoriasis skin care, designed to support clearer-looking, calmer, smoother, and healthier-feeling skin with consistent use.

Why is the Skavix® experience so unique?

Let me share my experience. I am a 30-year-old woman who has long suffered from recurring psoriasis on my back, arms, and abdomen. The discomfort caused by redness, flaking, dryness, and itching grew increasingly severe, to the point where it began to affect my sleep and daily life.

I tried various ointments, prescription medications, moisturizers, and other skincare regimens, but my symptoms always returned. After learning about Skavix®, I decided to try the Skavix® IL-23R Antagonist Peptide + Indirubine 10-in-1 Nanomicroneedle Patch. I applied one patch to my abdomen every day. After using it consistently for 4 weeks, it truly suppressed the progression of my psoriasis.

I also began to notice that my skin looked calmer, the flaking had decreased, and the redness, swelling, and dryness had noticeably improved. My skin also feels smoother and more comfortable than before.—Jessica Miller Orlando, Florida

“A year ago, I developed psoriasis on my hands, and the severe pain forced me to be hospitalized. I tried all kinds of moisturizers and ointments, but they only provided minimal relief—until I found these convenient and effective patches here. Just one patch was enough to clear up the psoriasis on my hands.

Before I found this product, the excruciating pain from the psoriasis on my hands would wake me up every night. Now I can apply this patch before bed. It’s no exaggeration to say that I sleep soundly all night long, with no more pain! It’s nothing short of a miracle for me!

I’ve been using it consistently every day, and after three weeks, my hands have completely returned to normal—I’ve even noticed that the skin on my hands has become softer! This has made me realize one thing: I never want to be without it again. It really is a miracle!”–Anne Bowen Phoenix, Arizona

As someone who has long suffered from rosacea and has been searching for products to relieve my discomfort, I’m thrilled to have found this product. I’ve incorporated the Skavix® Nano-Microneedle Patches into my daily skincare routine, applying one patch to my abdomen every day and wearing it for about 8 hours, while continuing a simple and gentle daily facial skincare regimen that includes gentle cleansing, moisturizing, and daytime sun protection.
After using them consistently for a while, I noticed that my skin’s overall condition has become much more stable than before.

The previously noticeable redness and dryness have gradually subsided, and my skin now feels softer, smoother, and more hydrated. I now use the patches alongside my daily basic skincare routine. The entire process is simple and easy to stick with over the long term.—Emily Carter ,Austin, Texas

⬇️ Why Psoriasis Develops ⬇️

Genetic Predisposition: Psoriasis can run in families. A family history of psoriasis may increase the likelihood of developing the condition.

Immune System Overactivity: Psoriasis is driven by abnormal immune activation. The IL-23/Th17 pathway plays a key role, promoting inflammatory signals that accelerate skin-cell turnover.

Common Triggers: Stress, infections, smoking, obesity, certain medications, and skin injury may trigger or worsen psoriasis flare-ups.

Chronic Inflammation: Persistent inflammation can lead to redness, thickened plaques, silvery scales, itching, and a weakened skin barrier.

Skavix® IL-23R Antagonist Peptide + Indirubin 10-IN-1 Nano Microneedle Patch is designed to target IL-23R-related inflammatory signaling, support healthier skin-cell turnover, and help improve visible psoriasis-related symptoms such as redness, scaling, dryness, and itching.

Psoriasis not only affects the skin, but may also be linked to a variety of serious health problems:

Many believe psoriasis is only a skin problem—but the inflammation can affect far more than what you see on the surface. Persistent immune overactivity may contribute to joint pain and stiffness, and psoriasis is also associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular and metabolic conditions.

Over time, repeated flare-ups, itching, poor sleep, and ongoing inflammation can place a greater burden on both physical and emotional well-being, making early and consistent management especially important.

• Psoriatic arthritis: May cause joint pain, swelling, and stiffness
• Increased risk of cardiovascular disease: Including an increased risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke
• Metabolic syndrome: Associated with obesity, insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes
• Inflammatory bowel disease: Some patients have a higher risk of developing Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis
• Mental health issues: Long-term skin lesions and itching may increase anxiety, depression, and sleep problems

This is where targeted psoriasis support can make a difference—helping interrupt the cycle of immune overactivity, chronic inflammation, excessive skin-cell turnover, and barrier damage. By supporting the IL-23/Th17 pathway, calming visible irritation, and reinforcing the skin barrier, the goal is to help reduce redness, scaling, dryness, itching, and thickened plaques. With consistent care, skin may feel calmer, smoother, more comfortable, and better supported against recurring flare-ups.

How does the Skavix® IL-23R Antagonist Peptide + Indirubine 10-IN-1 Nanomicroneedle Patch work systemically?

Our Skavix® Nano Microneedle Patch is dermatologically tested and precisely engineered to support controlled transdermal delivery of active ingredients. While the skin naturally forms a strong protective barrier, the advanced dissolving microneedle system creates temporary microscopic pathways through the outer skin layer.

Each microneedle is just 0.27 mm in length and made from dissolvable bioactive materials, allowing key ingredients—including IL-23R Antagonist Peptide and Indirubin—to be released directly into the skin with a smooth, minimally invasive, and virtually painless application

One patch is applied to the abdomen, where the active ingredients are designed to be released gradually through the skin. If sufficient systemic absorption is achieved, certain actives may reach the microcirculation and circulate beyond the application site, providing broader support for psoriasis-related inflammatory signaling throughout the body.

By targeting IL-23/IL-23R-related pathways, while also supporting healthier skin-cell turnover and skin-barrier recovery, Skavix® is designed to offer a convenient once-daily, whole-body psoriasis support approach from a single abdominal patch.

Why IL-23R Antagonist Peptide + Indirubin Work for Psoriasis？

Psoriasis is strongly associated with overactivation of the IL-23/Th17 inflammatory pathway, which can drive persistent inflammation and accelerate abnormal skin-cell turnover. IL-23R Antagonist Peptide is designed to interfere with IL-23 receptor signaling, helping reduce the inflammatory signals involved in psoriasis. Indirubin, a plant-derived bioactive compound, has been studied for its anti-inflammatory and keratinocyte-regulating properties, providing complementary support for irritated, thickened, and scaly skin.

Together, these two key ingredients are designed to address psoriasis at two important levels: supporting inflammatory pathway regulation and helping normalize excessive skin-cell activity, while promoting calmer, smoother, healthier-looking skin.

Revitalize and Restore: Expert Tissue Repair

In addition, laboratory research suggests that certain active ingredients associated with the IL-23/Th17 inflammatory pathway may help regulate inflammatory signaling involved in psoriasis. In our formula, the IL-23R Antagonist Peptide is designed to target signaling associated with the IL-23 receptor, while Indirubin has been studied for its potential anti-inflammatory properties and its ability to help regulate abnormal keratinocyte proliferation.

Through a dissolving microneedle delivery system, these active ingredients can be released more directly into the skin, helping address several key processes associated with psoriasis, including persistent inflammation, excessive skin-cell turnover, and impaired skin-barrier function. As a result, the formula is designed to help improve visible redness, scaling, itching, and plaque thickening, while supporting calmer, smoother, healthier-looking skin.

Skavix® IL-23R Antagonist Peptide + Indirubin 10-IN-1 Nano Microneedle Patch Supports Psoriasis-Prone Skin

Psoriasis can affect not only the skin, but also the nails, where it may appear as dryness, thickening, discoloration, pitting, separation of the nail from the nail bed, or buildup beneath the nail. Unlike fungal nail infections, nail psoriasis is primarily associated with immune-driven inflammation and abnormal keratinocyte activity, so care should focus on the inflammatory processes involved rather than antifungal treatment alone.

Skavix® IL-23R Antagonist Peptide + Indirubin 10-IN-1 Nano Microneedle Patch combines targeted microneedle delivery with a multi-active formula designed to support psoriasis-prone skin. IL-23R Antagonist Peptide is designed to target IL-23-related inflammatory signaling, while Indirubin provides complementary support for inflammation and abnormal skin-cell turnover.

Additional ingredients such as Calcipotriol, Roflumilast, Ceramide NP, Panthenol, and Beta-Glucan help support healthier skin renewal, hydration, and barrier repair.

Together, this multi-level approach is designed to help improve visible redness, scaling, dryness, itching, and plaque thickening, while promoting calmer, smoother, healthier-looking skin.
